The fog rolls in leaving scattered islands below. From the top of Tam I headed back into the trees of Muir Woods.
This is the beginning of the Dipsea trail. I took this trail up from the Muir Woods parking lot and did a loop taking the Matt Davis trail back into Muir Woods. (Avoids paying entrance fee) I also went quite a ways up Fern Valley.
