Grindelwald, Switzerland  (First to Falhorn)

We took the tram up as far as it would go to start this hike along a ridgeline to Falhorn (a hut/restaurant on top of a mountain).  What makes this hike so scenic is that you are high up on the ridge looking across the valley at the highest mountains in the area.

Back to our campground directly below Eiger.  We had some lightning and a bit of rain that night and was relieved we decided to camp down in the valley instead of the planned one night backpacking trip high up on the ridge.
